Privatlocker is a Legacy Administration Platform designed to help individuals prepare for life’s biggest transitions – from managing your affairs today to protecting your legacy for tomorrow, to make disasters and end-of-life events easy to navigate.
Smart Structure – Right from the Start: We’ve created a unique folder system that acts as a checklist, helping you identify and store the most important information – from legal documents and financial records to special memories and personal instructions.
Multi-Locker System: Need to manage information for others too? Within your Privatlocker vault you can create unlimited Lockers for family members, storing each person’s critical details separately. Choose who has access – you stay in control.
Privatlocker Trustee System: Appoint a Privatlocker Trustee to access your vault only in the event of your death or incapacitation. We ensure access is granted safely, securely and only when needed. Should anything happen to you, on receipt of proof of identity and proof of death or incapacitation, your nominated Privatlocker Trustee will gain access to your Privatlocker Vaults.
My Wishes: Your legacy is more than paperwork. Privatlocker allows you to record your end-of-life wishes, from funeral preferences to messages for loved ones.
Advanced Security Features: We take your privacy seriously. End-to-end encryption, 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) and PIN protection is further enhanced by our Zero Trust security controls.

Greg Element FCA
CEO
Greg is a seasoned Fellow Chartered Accountant with a distinguished career spanning global firms such as Price Waterhouse and Exxon. He is CEO of Element Leadership Consulting, advising organisations on strategic growth and leadership. Greg trained at the University of Surrey and Harvard Business School, bringing deep insight, integrity, and experience to the foundation of Privatlocker.
John Lomax
CTO
John brings over 12 years of experience in full-stack software development, specialising in cloud computing, security architecture and scalable platforms. He’s passionate about building elegant solutions through clean code, agile methodologies and cutting edge tech. John leads our development with precision and a focus on future-proofing your digital legacy.
